| General Liability - we write General Liability for a wide variety of contractors including commercial and residential, trade contractors and general contractors. We prefer the specialty heavy construction contractors such as crane, steel erection, millwright, roofing, street and road utility, etc. In addition, we write General Liability for manufacturers and distributors of equipment and machinery, mechanical parts, and difficult products related accounts. Finally, risks that present a high hazard OL&T exposure such as amusement parks, apartments, shopping centers, arenas, restaurants, are eligible. Basically, we prefer accounts that standard companies will not quote.
Equipment - All types of contractors equipment (including cranes, forestry equipment, batch plants, concrete pumpers, lifts, agricultural, earthmoving, articulated dump trucks, tools, welders, generators, drill rigs, etc.). We can also provide coverage for leased/rented equipment from others. Equipment dealers and rental facilities are also eligible.
Installation/Builders Risk - All types of construction projects are eligible (residential or commercial).We can write this on a project specific basis, or on a reporting basis.
Rigging Floater - This is a unique coverage for contractors operating cranes, forklifts and related equipment used for lifting or moving property of others. The coverage applies to physical damage of the property being moved or lifted. Most General Liability policies exclude this type of coverage under the care, custody and control exclusion. This coverage is also available as an extension of an equipment policy.
Property - All types of commercial property schedules. If combined with an Equipment Schedule, there is no minimum premium for the property. We also have markets for high hazard properties (accounts that generally don't qualify for the standard market).
Fine Art/Jewelry Schedules - All types of fine art and jewelry schedules. We can arrange coverage on small values (less that $50,000 in value), to very large collections or extremely high valued individual items such as rare paintings, statues, gems, etc.
